Most of the 1960s were spent in Springer NM and Clayton NM where Del followed a career at Mountain Bell.
Rick, Shelley, and Todd attended school and Marilyn soon began working for N.O. Brain Accounting in Clayton. She was a quick study and later became the bookkeeper for Ethridge Chevrolet.
